A little about the workshop:
The environment is 100% unapologetically BE and will focus on tending to your comfort. It will be flex seating. I will have a combination of chairs, pillows, yoga mats, blankets, meditation pillows, etc to sit on and have for your comfort. If you have your favorite comfortable seating item, I encourage you to bring it so you can be the most comfortable. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring anything you need with you. There is hot and cold water available, and I will provide hot tea options and some light snacks.
