Mind Body Harmony Circle

Mind Body Harmony Circle is an opportunity to practice the techniques learned in the workshop and explore your body's wisdom  It's a safe space to practice tending to your nervous system. You will feel the warmth of unconditional support as you safely learn to self regulate and and co-regulate within the circle. This Harmony Circle is the community of support you've been looking for!

The Harmony Circle will focus on:

• Review of skills to acknowledge and support your body's comfort
• Practice connecting to the comfortable and uncomfortable sensations within the body
• Honoring past experiences and completing the body's needs to feel safe
• Completing past protection responses of Fight, Flight and Freeze

You will gain experience with:

• Attuning to your body's need for support
• Targeted techniques to support the body to get out of fight, flight, and freeze
• The practice of daily nervous system maintenance

These skills help:

• Feel empowered to trust the body's inner wisdom
• Feel prepared to handle unpredictable situations that arise in your life
• Increase capacity to be present in your life
• Reduce overall tension in your body
• Empower self-regulation and embrace co-regulation
• Support the body to feel anxiety, anger, and depression

This healing circle is designed for adults of all ages and in all phases of healing

Pre-requisites - Mind Body Harmony Workshop or current client of Mind Body Counseling Services
