A little about the workshop:
The environment is 100% unapologetically BE YOU and will focus on tending to your comfort. The workshop starts at 9am with doors opening at 8:30am. We encourage you to arrive early to check in and get comfortable. We have a lot to cover so the workshop will begin at 9am.
What to Bring
We encourage you to bring a small notebook and a writing utensil. During the workshop, we will spend some time reflecting and integrating the experience.
Seating
It will be flex seating. We will be using chairs but encourage you to bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, meditation pillows, etc to sit on and have for your comfort and times of meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring anything you need with you.

You can park on the south side of the building and enter through the west doors. There is an additional parking lot available just south of the building across from 42nd Street.
